Ignite worked closely with Bates Smart to craft an interior fit-out that captures the bespoke detailing, quality, and understated elegance that is the ethos of Bell Gully. Ignite were also involved in a thorough stakeholder engagement process with Bell Gully, including the company’s HR team, partners, and operational staff. This involved collaborative user workshops during the design phase to ensure the space was fully optimised for the workplace needs.

Spanning over 4,000m2 and 3.5 levels of real estate, the office is split. One level isassigned to client and partner spaces, with the other two-and-a-half levels dedicated as work floors, connected by a feature sculptural internal stairway. The New Zealand landscape was an integral part of the design concept, with natural finishes including a stone and leather lobby desk and a bespoke chandelier inspired by native bird feathers.
Along with a premium experience for their clients, partners and team, Bell Gully needed the assurance of optimised acoustics in their workplace, particularly throughout the meeting rooms. This was achieved with careful consultation from the acoustic engineers, and the use of premium acoustic panels which blend into the workplace seamlessly. For the boardroom, partition walls were a key feature, with the ability to open up for functions and seamless client hosting.
