I support Ignite’s executive leadership team to plan, organise and implement change across the practice.  My professional background spans 20+ years across major engineering, contractor, architecture and project management businesses. This has provided me with insights across a variety of organisational structures and how to adapt solutions from one environment to solve challenges in another.

I’m proud to work in a highly collaborative industry and always humbled how our business community will freely share knowledge and expertise to raise standards.  I’m driven to help Ignite give back and provide industry leadership for betterment of New Zealand’s built environment
