Services included site option studies, documentation for regulatory reviews, coordination with various consultants (civil, landscape, geotechnical, survey, legal, titles, structures, acoustics, and fire), and the production of technical documentation for various housing types, ranging from multiproof to bespoke units.

The design language harmoniously integrates with the existing housing stock, leveraging materials, forms, and urban massing from local precedents. This ensures that the development seamlessly blends into the suburb, creating a familiar and comfortable environment. The exploration of multiple options during the design phases underscores Ignite's commitment to tailoring the project to the specific needs of the community.

A key focus of the project is the creation of a strong pedestrian-focused internal streetscape. By prioritising foot traffic, the development aims to foster a sense of community and connectivity among residents. Large communal landscape areas serve as unifying elements, bringing all residences together to form a harmonious ensemble of suburban housing.
