Ignite are pleased to announce that Cheshire Street Apartment Lofts have now been launched to market. Drawing on Parnell’s industrial heritage, Cheshire Lofts bring a new style of living to Parnell.
With views overlooking the Auckland Domain, the residential development comprises 63 apartments spread over eight levels.
The design incorporates brick, concrete, and black steel windows to reference the warehouses and factories that historically populated the area. The interiors, also designed by Ignite, blend modern and traditional elements and feature upmarket designer kitchens, luxe bathrooms and a focus on spacious airy living and entertaining areas. Residents can choose between two bespoke palettes, selecting a dark or light scheme.
Another key design consideration with Cheshire Lofts apartments was to cultivate a sense of community. This is established with a ground level residents-only landscaped courtyard for relaxing and socialising.
The Cheshire Lofts design is being led by Principal Michael Bilsborough and Associate Director Anthony Sephton. Michael says that Cheshire Lofts have a ‘classic, timeless aesthetic’ and that the apartments will be attractive to those seeking a luxury ‘lock and leave’ lifestyle, backed up by a strong level of enquiry following the launch.
Anthony notes the positioning of the building, which takes full advantage of the views, and the desirable location, with Parnell Train Station and fantastic amenity within walking distance.
Designed by Ignite, Cheshire Lofts are being developed by Mex Cheshire Limited and marketed by Bayleys Remuera.
